Batten Disease Support and Research Association does not sell, give away or otherwise provide the names and addresses of donors to any individual, company or entity outside of the organization.

The only time the names of donors are used within the organization is to notify parents, grandparents or guardians of children with Batten Disease when a donation has been made in their child's honor or memory.

Donors' names are not used by Batten Disease Support and Research Association for any annual campaigns or mailings unless otherwise requested by the donor.
