4th Annual OurBoys 5k Fundraiser

Location: Concord, NC
It is that time of year again, so please join us on May 8th, 2010 for the 4th annual ourboys 5k at Harris Road Middle School in Concord. As usual we will have a timed 5k walk/run, a 1 mile fun run, children’s activities, a car wash and a whole lot of fun. We would love to have you come out and run, bring the family for some fun or volunteer some time (contact andy.brown@wachovia.com) to help us make the event a success. Please let your family and friends know about this very worthy cause and event also. Online registration is open for the event at http://www.sportoften.com/events/eventDetails.cfm?pEventId=4902. Australia Chapter 2010 Conference

Project of Hope.... The Chapter hopes that families, friends, doctors and researchers will came together in a wonderful and extraordinary way. Families travel from all states of Australia, parts of New Zealand and this year, perhaps even from the USA. Assistance (by application) can be given to families travelling from afar. The Project aims to provide families and their friends, teachers and medical staff, affected or involved by this Disease with information, education and social interaction in various aspects of Batten Disease.
